when is turned i can put the car into gear without using the clutch an it slides in perfectly, iv changed the cv axles, pressure plate, clutch, an the master clutch was replaced a little less than a year ago. i cant seem to figure out why it can go into gear without the clutch.

As in you can put it in gear and the car wont move?
Either a one or both of the CV axles is not seated in the differential, or you have some serious internal transmission damage. Usually it's an axle not seated all the way. If the speedometer moves in gear with the clutch out look at the axles, if it doesn't pulled the trans apart.

as in i can have the car running an put it into gear without using the clutch an it doesnt even grind when its going into gear and the car wont move forward in 1-5 an doesnt go backwards when in reverse. but it slides into each gear perfectly.

As I said before if the speedo moves in gear with the clutch out you have an axle not seated fully. If the speedo doesn't move you've got a blown diff or some other type of catastrophic transmission or clutch failure. 9 out of 10 times it's an axle not seated.

Passenger's side axle is way out. Pull it back out and try again. You'll want to start it so the splines line up and then give it a sharp jab to seat it, you have to almost use it like a slide hammer.
