Default Metal Scraping Sound After Shifting and Accelerating

Not sure what could be causing this issue maybe you guys might, I have a 97 civic manual and every time I go into a gear and accelerate I get this weird metal scraping sound, it didn't do this until I was speeding today. Could it just be the clutch going out? I don't really know at this point any help would be awesome

Perhaps you lost a spring in the sprung hub clutch disc (if you're running one)

Not to sure never dropped this transmission yet, and now I'm getting a loose marble sound when I'm idling at 800 rpm

Be honest, did you drop it into 3rd doing 80 mph ? It sounds like you broke something loose, possibly a clutch spring.

being completely honest I haven't dropped it into 3rd doing 80, the last time I went hard on it before this scraping sound is when I shifted from 1st to second at 7000rpm then from 2nd to third from 6000rpm then third to fourth from 5000rpm which got me to 70 mph then this scraping **** happened

here's the video of me doing it I had my friend recording me for ***** and giggles so now you can see what exactly I did before the scraping happened

Default 97 Civic DX Tranny Rattle Noise

After 11 hours of replacing my Stock clutch with a Stage 2 clutch kit (w/ Throw out, and Pilot Bearing) I am now getting this annoying rattling sound when I have the clutch pedal pushed in, this occurs at different times. When I'm idling and releasing off the clutch in first to get going it will do it, then it will do it for just a second when I shift to 2nd then it goes away after shifting for the rest of the gears, it won't do it if I'm at a mid to high rpm, could this be cause it's a stage 2 clutch?

Could you post a sound clip / video? That or further describe this "annoying rattle sound". What clutch kit did you install as "Stage 2" means nothing.

It's gotta be either the throwout bearing or the pressure plate or a combination of how they are contacting each other.
