So need to know what I am looking at
Not sure if this isn't why my condenser fan isn't turning on or not. Are these some type of relays? Looking at the wires from the second pic makes it suspect.

You should be including what year your Accord is in all your threads for help.
On your 94, one is the condenser fan relay and the other is the A/C compressor clutch relay.
On your 94, one is the condenser fan relay and the other is the A/C compressor clutch relay.
