Icon3 1990 Sedan HF Swap clutch cable help

So I started with a 1990 DX Sedan D15b2 Auto

Swapped to an HF motor and tranny (auto to manual for those slow ones)

In the persuit of a pedal assembly a buddy gave me a set from a DA Integra

Ive now tried the DA Cable, The HF Cable , and a Stock DX Cable. So far the only one that was even remotely long enough to hook up was the stock HF but even with that one the pedal was EXTREMELY stiff, to the point i thought it would break sooner or later. Thats when I tried the DX and DA cable and cant get them to even attach at both points, there just too short.

I went a little cheep and got an FX Racing Heavy Duty clutch kit as money was tight, but then realized i ordered the wrong clutch kit where the pressure plate was correct but the disk was wrong spline.

Also car currently does not run as im having an MPFI swap wiring issue but ive got that handled.

Alot of info but i thought ide be thorough, Any ideas on clutch cable / i know im a dumbass for using old clutch and new PP.

Give it to me easy but honest guys

IIRC the Civic DX wagon uses a longer cable
