little back story.\, bought the car and it turned out to be a lemon. over heating issues and shifting issues. Took the car to a well known shop here in Washington and had the tranny replaced, now still having issues listed below


-Shifting during cold is only 1-2 not 3-4
-Once warmed up it will shift but late and rough
-We swapped tranny out with another DA
- tach bounces around during shifting/driving
Sometimes during warm up if I change gear to "2" and then "S" and then "D" it will shift normally

Check the transmission fluid level, and make sure it's genuine Honda fluid. if that's all good i'd say they sold you a slipping transmission and you should complain
