Default Tranny Question

After changing the engine and tranny out on my 2000 Accord the f23a engine and tranny can the shift points be adjusted? Every thing is smooth but it seems to be change gears on the high side of the RPMS. Didn't know if they could be adjusted or if it is all electronic based on the clutch pressure switches and solenoids.

But I'm pretty sure it's electronically controlled thru ecu. Or u might have a tranny cable connected to throttled cable like cd5, doubt it
