Default 2000 Accord

Hey Guys just got thru this past week swapping the engine and tranny out on the 2000 accord 4cyl. My brother in law did the work and now there is a squeal. The squeal sound internal like it might be coming from the time belt. Found out he did leave the bolt in the tensioner (the one used for change the belt) and didn't take it back out, could this be my cause of the squeal? Gonna try to pull the cover back off the belt tomorrow if weather permits to see if it eliminates the squeal. Yeah he had changed the timing belt balancer belt and water pump for installing the new engine.

If he didn't remove the 6mm bolt from the cover used to lock the tensioner arm or the maintenance hole of the rear balancer shaft pulley then it was done incorrectly.
