96 Accord Constant D4 Light Flash/Clicking Noise
So my car is dam near back together except this one last issue, my D4 light is constantly flashing while making a clicking noise. I'm not sure if it's either the ECU or solenoids, both or another problem all together? I'm on rather of a budget until my next paycheck so I wanted to once again get you guys opinion on the matter. I've got a video up on youtube for a better visualization of the issue.
Y'all be cray-cray.
Your CEL lamp is not lighting up.
Your P is not lighting up.
But from the sound of your shifter interlock solenoid going nuts, I'm guesisng you have some wire issues.
Basically you need to find out why your CEL lamp is not illuminating, and then find out why your shift interlock has lost it's mind.
Why was your car 'apart' in the first place?

Had to not only replace the head gasket but to mill the cylinder head down as well. I know it's not the transmission because the last one I had did the same thing but I have no ideal what my mechanic at the time did to resolve it, my "new" tranny only has 73.5kish miles on it. There's a good amount of tranny fluid in the car as well. Also i'm not sure that my OBD port even works, I tried hooking mine up to it before in the past and the thing wouldn't power on.
Maybe a loose ground wire could be the issue? I know once before because of a loose ground wire the car would not only run extremely rough, but some times would only start IF I had plugged my OBD into the port to act as a temporary grounding.
