Icon2 1992 Honda Accord Ignition problem

hello all. I got a problem and need your help. I just bought a 1992 Honda Accord 5 spd. It runs all system a go but after hitting a bunch a rough road some of the wires from in between my feet where I push in the clutch came undone and the car stopped running and I coasted to the shoulder. Before all I did was shake the wires and that seemed to help for awhile but I've done it again because of these roads so I then taped them the best I could. I thought I'd asked someone who actually knows (YOU). I have the keys so can I bypass some wires to go to the battery direct? I found a black and a white wire running to the starter to battery to inside car. Opinions??
