I have a problem. I have a 2005 Honda Accord LX (Automatic Sedan, 4 cylinder).

My car has been making a clicking / crackling noise around the steering wheel area. I don't know if this is related to my problem or not. My problem occurred last night:

1) The lights on my dashboard won't work. They do turn on for a few seconds when I first start the car. After that, though, they turn off and don't light back up.

2) My turn signals have stopped working.

3) My windows have completely stopped rolling down.

I'm pretty sure this is an electrical issue, but I have no idea where to start! Any help would be much appreciated!

 

First check to see if under-dash Fuse No. 7 (10A) and No. 21 (7.5A) are blown.
