Default Crx disk brake E-brake too tight?

So first, I'm not sure if i have DA trailing arms or crx si ones. Is there a way to distinguish the two? Don't think it has to do with the brake cable being too tight, but i would like to know.

It had DA E-brake cables and i put si cables on. (seller told me it came off his crx and he sold me something from a crx once before)

So when i take the e-brake cable off the caliper, its really hard to put it back on, but only on the right (passenger) side. Driver side comes off and goes on easy. And yes E-brake handle was down.

I did adjust the nut on the end of the handle to make it tighter, but they still spin in the air fine.

Any reason to this? or is this normal? I really have to struggle to put that cable back on. I can't remember but i think when i get the cable back on, the wheel won't move, but when i lift the e-brake handle up and put it back down, the wheel is free again.
