Default The top of the front passanger side wheel tilts inward a lot

What causes this? Is my car lowered? Yes. Is My upper control arm in need of replacing? Yes it is shot. Which one of these would effect the tilting of the wheel more? And what are other factors to consider?

With 90-97 Accords, lowering the suspension increases the negative camber statically.
To fix this, upper control arm needs to have some form of camber adjustment.
Either modifying existing control arm with adjustable pivots or adjustable BJ to bring the camber back into spec.
