I have a very nice RT4WD manual transmission out of a 90 or 91 (can't remember) civic wagon w/ 128,xxx on the ODO. I had intended on putting carbon synchros and a full rebuild kit in this and drop it into my car with my engine build, but I decided to just take my car off the road and rebuild my stock one instead. Need the cash to finish my headwork and GE-sleeved block.
...becoming increasingly RARE with every passing day... This would be step 1 in building a sick STi/EVO-eater (like I am) since it will bolt up to ALL d-series blocks. Proven over and over to hold LOTS of power. I've seen some people remove/modify the FWD gearing components and use this tranny for RWD only... the sky is the limit really.
You can use Accord/Prelude shifter box & cables and as pictured, the tranny comes with matching (and equally rare) intermediate shaft. This allows the use of equal-length axles eliminating the dreaded "torque-steer" that comes from the longer driver's side axle on the d-series twisting or "torquing" under hard acceleration. It's NOT just an Integra intermediate shaft as you might assume.
If interested, I can rebuild this tranny with stock or carbon-moly synchros for a killer package. Hit me up for details...
Price is $500 FIRM... Want to try and sell locally before it goes on eBay (where it WILL sell), would rather not have the hassle of shipping it tho, but if seriously interested, contact me via PM or txt.

MOD(S): I *always* forget about the pic with my info on a sign. It will be up when I get home from work. Plz do not delete.

No rebuild required at this time, but unless this will be put in a car that's going to be driven in a normal fashion, it wont be long until the stock brass synchronizer rings wear out and bangin' gears at rev-limit RPM start to make things grind. The factory components inside these transmissions just were NOT meant to be abused....
...which is why I was offering a rebuild with performance parts that WERE designed to take that abuse.
Very FEW people actually take the time (and money) to do things the right way. And by "right way", I mean rebuilding this mid-mileage, 25-year-old rare transmission while it's already out of a car.

I'm still interested man, I just gotta get through the rest of April. Dealing with kids' b-days and then I can get back to spending some $$$ on my project.
I really, REALLY need this! If I bought it, could you ship it? I know you're hesitant, but it'll go to a great home.....eventually hoping for a boosted ZC setup when all is said n done.
