If I'm not mistaken, 94/95 have different flaps than 96/97. If you look at the rear lip on the two bumpers the 94/95 has a little extra plastic there on the edge vs the 96/97 which has a thin black plastic piece.

Looks to be the case.
The front sets are the same, the rears are different for the model years. TAS Auto has the 96/97 available:
