I bought some rims their 15×8 and need to know what if they can fit my lowered Honda civic hatchback 95?

What's the wheel (they're not rims, if you plan on bolting them to the car) offset?
What's the size tire you'd like to run?
What's done to the car to improve wheel and tire clearance?
What's been changed in the suspension (meaning do you have a camber kit, how low are you planning to go, etc...)?
