Default WTB: B Series Turbo Kit - Manifold, turbo, downpipe

I have a b-series engine in a rallyx civic with a full length radiator and power steering. I am looking to install a GT2860R or something similar. Must be ball bearing, must be "small". Anything larger than a GT2871 is way too big for me.

I am looking for -
- a manifold that will
---- clock compressor facing the passenger side
---- strong and wont crack - log or cast preferred unless something really well made
---- probably needs to be t25 flanged

- a ball bearing turbo
---- GT2871 or smaller
---- internally gated

- a downpipe that works with the above

I dont mind buying new

A real bypass valve setup as well, rather than blowoff, meaning quicker boost recovery between shifts, and a closed system for the dirt and debris encountered in Rally. $2600, you pay shipping. Built like an OEM! Ill even throw in a nearly new Edelbrock/FAL slim fan with the Honda plug...

Ill even throw in a spare GT2560 0.64 A/R turbine housing. Just in case you find the installed 0.86 A/R turbine housing laggy. The 0.64 A/R will have to be machined for the larger GT28 76 trim turbine, but I can even pay for that. Seriously man, I am an OCD aircraft mechanic guy, who went through 3 different turbo's in less than 4700 miles (GT2560, Pulsar GTi-R (60 trim 60mm T3 compressor, 79 trim 53.8mm T28 turbine, 0.86 A/R), GT2860RS) to find the right compromise for street use. I even had Go Autoworks build me a custom spec'd charge piping set to keep diameters where I wanted them. I tossed half of their couplers in favour of Vibrant hump and others to get rid of rigid piping issues. Custom compressor housing machine work (by Performance Techniques, Cali) so I could use the bypass system I wanted, using a new OEM high spec 710N (AUDI/VW high pressure turbo systems valve) BPV. I spent a ton to put this all together, not just money but time.
