Default cruise control?

I have a 04 si with a k20a2 swap, ecu, trans, everything. When I got the car cruise didn't work, from what I can see everything is still there and all hooked up.

The car has an srs light on (code 2-3) and a ukdm type r cluster (no cruise indicator). I am wondering if either of those would hinder the use of cruise?

Assuming that it is code 2-3 (pass airbag) those 2 things shouldn't affect it unless the cruise control computer "talks" to the speedometer which it doesn't appear to as far as the service manual says.

Does the green light on the Cruise switch come on when pressed?

Any other thoughts? Both the clutch and brake switches operate properly.
