I've got a 2001 Honda accord 4 cyl with an automatic transmission that will not engage any of the other gears when shifted from park. all indicator lights are out except for park on the dash. can anybody help me out ?

 

Check for codes.
There may be an issue with your range switch on the side on the right hand side of the transmission.
Or if the shifter feels very smooth(no notches) the shifter cable may have broken and you simple cannot select a gear.
