Was up everyone! My name is Jose from Cleveland, OH. I hang out with few friends and my brothers and talk about cars and ****. We don't have a "crew" but we call ourselves the LMP (Last Minute Project) crew.
Anyways, back to the car. I got this 1999 EM1 shell last fall but spend all winter under a car cover. I started cleaning it up and doing some work. The plan is to eventually find a B16 and put it back on it, swap out any parts that are not OEM and bring it back to it's glory days. Unfortunately, the previous owner rolled the fenders, which I hate, but at least they did a good job. I will try my hardest to document the entire built but it may take a while as it needs lots of work. So, hang with me in this journey as it's going to be fun ride.
Any help, comments would be appreciated. I will be searching for parts in a near future so I may hit some of y'all.
Now the pics:

Good project! Us midwest guys got it rough man... any and all rust makes the resto that much more difficult. My EM1 is sitting up on stands right now while I tackle years of abuse and no maintenance. Good luck on you project.... I love these cars.

Thanks. I wish I had a EBP but they're scarce and overpriced to find in Ohio. Or they are rusted out. It's hard for me to get anything done. I'm a truck driver and I'm home on weekends. I applied to two local companies so hopefully I can get a local job so I can start working on it more. Keep y'all posted.

Where are you located? Yeah man, it's hard to find a clean shell up north. Mine is not bad for what's out there.

Nothing major as of right now. Just cleaned all the garbage out of it and took off the front end which wasn't OEM. I found a local job so I'm home every night. I can finally get some work done. My previous job I came home on weekends only so I wasn't able to get much done. Pics will be up once I get some shot worthy work.
