Default d15b7 swap to d16y7 rough cool idle

i swap a d16y7 into a 95 civic that came with a d15b7. i keep everything that came with the d15b7. all i swap out was the block. keep the intake. injector ecu from the b7. the car start right away but have a up and down idle with it is cooled. when it it warms up it idles good. i also get a iac code. i swap it out with a new one and still the same. i doesnt do it whe it is hot. also i discinnected the iac when it is cooled, it doesnt do it. .

Clean the FITV and bleed the cooling system.

I'm doing this exact swap and just wanted to know if anything will be needed.

I used everything the same. Only thing I did was cut a peice off the power steering bracket. And. Also the brackets that mount the tranny and engine together.
