Default Oil Burning, PCV Valve?

Did a search. On majestic Honda:
Honda Automotive Parts

Just verifying this is the correct part number. 01 Civic EX MT 165K Miles

17130-PLM-A01

Slight loss of oil, no leaks. Couple weeks I'll be doing the following:

MTF Change
5W20 High Mileage + Mobile 1 Extended Filter
PCV Valve Change

I'll check my spark plugs and see how those are looking. Anything else I should be doing or just do the above and see what happens? Maybe a Valve Cover Gasket?

Default Re: Oil Burning, PCV Valve?

It's normal to burn some oil. Is it excessive?
