i got this problem sometimes when im driving this srs light pops up and my dash lights start to fade in and out. Also my driver side headlight will start to blink going on and off. I wondering what that can be ??? can

 

On your Buick it could be a air bag!!

Click the CEL codes link in my signature. You need to jump the service connector to pull the SRS code(s).

Sounds like bad grounds or a short.
