Looks to be Code 9, 12, and 20.

Code 9: CYP sensor circuit
Code 12: EGR Valve Lift sensor circuit
Code 20: Electrical Load Detector (ELD) circuit

 

The code:9 is that something I need to get looked at right away and how much does that cost to fix approx. Also code 12 if I clean out my ports will that fix the problem Or is it something worst

 

9 is the #1 cylinder position sensor. Verify the wiring to the distributor is undamaged, and verify that the sensor inside the distributor is not gummed up. If there is an oil leak in the distributor the sensor might have gotten coated in oil and junk, wipe it clean.
Pretty important part of the ignition/fuel system.

EGR lift sensor is part of the EGR valve, indicates when the vale is opening, if the valve does not open due to damaged EGR valve or no vacuum to the diaphragm then you will need to verify if it is a faulty EGR valve(sensor is not seperate) or problem with vacuum supply.

ELD is what controls the charging of the battery.
ECM tells the Alternator to turn on/off for charging/load reasons to properly maintain proper charging to the battery.


I would check your wire harness as there may be damage located in a central location causing all three codes.
