Default 95 Honda Accord OBD codes

95 Honda accord......I need help I got all the codes but I dont know how to determine what my Honda Check engine light is telling me. It's giving me 9 long flashes then 5 short ones. Does anyone know what the dashes mean. I thought it meant 95 but the codes only go to 92.

Codes only go up to 43. You will need to watch the codes and let them repeat to verify you have the codes you have.

Just to clarify.

1995 Honda Accord.
Retrieved codes by using a jumper wire on the two wire blue connector located under/behind the glove box door, while turning the key to II(ON)?
If the CEL is just blinking on its own without a jumper on the two wire blue connector that is NOT a code.
