1984 honda crx.
I recently inquired a 1984 Honda crx 1.5l 5 speed car. was curious as to if any of the newer crx motor stuff would swap out with this? like flywheel-clutch assambley and a header??? just curious before getting in too deep Also already Bought a swap kit for carburetor I removed the 3bbl off of it and bought the webber adapter kit and put my webber on it. car runs 100% better
Some of the D series stuff will interchange, some of it won't. You're basically going to end up researching each individual part to figure it out though.
Most of the cylinder head stuff is different.
For example your exhaust ports are siamesed where as the 88+ models are not. 88+ is all fuel injected, whether DPFI or MPFI. The timing belt/water pump setup is slightly different also.
Basically what I am telling you is, do your research, the info is out there and easily found.
