I have 04 ep3 and was wondering if the 04-05 type r tail lights would be a plug and play or I would have to change the wiring? I'm sick of the amber on my tail lights. Also, what is your opinion on the tail lights? Which ones look better?

You don't really need Type-R lights btw, EDM/UKDM facelift EP1/2/4 are the same and a lot of people here don't like them so you could probably get them cheap.

Edit: just saw you already have the HFP lip, definately keep that!
