01 gsr blades help

Looking to redo/clean and polish my blades previous owner didnt take care of the wheels caked on brake dust oxidation any options for me i dont want to paint them...not sure how to post pictures from my phone lol

You could polish or powder coat them. The oxidation is permanent, though. In order to clean them up, it's going to take some elbow grease.

So would i just have to take a palm sander and sandpaper and polish supplies? To get them cleaned up? How would i get rid of the caked up brake dust from not being cleaned. Not really a fan of power coated gsr blades lol
