90K mile...first appointment ever..what to do?
O.K., my dad just picked up a 94 Del Sol VTEC. From looking around, and the fact we have no paperwork, we have surmized that the car has never had anything done to it.... ever.... no 3K, no 30K, no 60K, we are at around 90K. We are going to have the timing belt changed. What else should we do? I'm thinking: Plugs, plug wires, all accessory belts, oil, waterpump... am I missing anything?
valve adjust
timing belt
timing belt tensioner
water pump
engine oil
tranny oil
radiator coolant
oil filter
air filter
check the cv boots
check pads/shoes....discs/drums
check master brake cylinder
check master clutch cylinder
The list can go on and on IMO, especially in you think no work has been done ever, and there's no paper work.
