I have been looking forever for a set lightweight wheels for my type r. After years of searching I just scored a set of sprint hart cp035 in a 15 x 6.5, 114.3 x 5. They're 8.6 lbs. I stumbled upon them on ebay. A jdm shop in Quebec was selling them. Extremely rare and discontinued. Like you said everything is in a 4 x100. Keep searching...

Contact a Volk/Rays dealer and get them to check stock. There might be some 15x7 CE's or TE's available somewhere in 5x114.3

You can get the TE37 Gravel in 15x7 at +35 or +45 for ~$380 a wheel.

You can still get the te-37 SL in 15x8 in 5x114. Either +35 or +25 offset I believe.

+35/+32 for 5x114.
Best bet for OP is to look for a used set.

Keep an eye on CL for a used set? Racing Hart CP-035's run sub 10lbs. Good luck finding a genuine set tho, took me 3 years scouring CL and I ended up with a set of 16"s.

woo thanks for all the replies, i saw the regmasters on sale, would like them but wouldn't pay for the asking price, simply because i am a little more geared towards the ce's and te's look. soo many rota slips out there kind of killed the 'want' of the regamasters.

have tried CL but being new mexico....not many people willing to fork out that much money here to even own them.

as for the braid wheels, not much info on them if they are reliable or not or even how much it weighs. so probably like 14~lbs like any other wheel.

Team dynamics wheels are over 12lbs no? wanting something 8-10lbs =\

There hasn't been many 5 lug used sets up for sale in a while. Last year a bunch kept popping up, but now that I'm actually sorta in the market for them, it be dry

I feel you on the low wheel selection. Makes me miss the 4x100 days of my hatch.

I'm going to probably go with some team dynamics for my extra set of wheels. Good enough for track duty i'm sure.

Anyone know a good source? Only thing I could really find was: Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2 40mm Black, 5x114 for RX7 1986-1992, 15x7

I'm curious, what is the hard requirement for 11lb per wheel?

I think he was more asking why do you require a sub 11lb wheel?
