Here's the PN for the TB gasket for a 2000 Civic Si (B16): 16176-P2T-004

I have a B18C Type-R and just got the TB and Intake Manifold back from MaxBore.com.

I need to get a new OEM TB gasket and enlarge the opening so it matches the MaxBore size.

Acura stealership is far from me, but I have a Honda stealer nearby.
Is the gasket the same as mine (16176-P73-004), besides the main opening?
If yes, I could buy the Honda one and save the trek to Acura.

Ok, I wound up ordering an ITR TB gasket.
Leaving thread open for documentation/informational purposes, it would be cool to know.

 

b16 has 56mm throttle body. B18's start at 60mm ITR and H22 is 62mm. Not that hard to locate.

Should have taken a picture and measured the new diameter with a caliper/digital caliper.

I wasn't concerned about the TB inside diameter, but whether or not the other ports and opening matched.

 

Maxbore doesn't recommend a gasket? Can they cut the gasket to fit your specs?

 

Yes, they actually offer one. I requested it during my order, but for some reason it was not included (and I was not charged). It happens, nobody is perfect.
But now I am stuck having to modify an OEM gasket, since he makes the custom gasket while boring your TB.
