Icon2 Catalytic Converter

Hi guy's i have a 2000 civic dx d16y7 I need to replace the Catalytic Converter but i want to relocate it like on my 96 civic under the car is this possible and still have it pass a emissions test in CA.

I believe you have to spend for higher priced BAR'd parts. The Header would have to have a BAR license and the Catalytic converter would also have to be a BAR part.

Even then, I am not sure how sticky Cali is when it comes to anything non stock. You might want to call your emissions office and ask some questions.
