Default 92 hatchback dx -- Power door conversion help!

My 1992 hatchback dx did not come with power doors. I recently picked up on two complete power doors and the connecter that goes into the interior. Power mirror switch and pigtail and the fuse box connecter. Starting to make my wire harness I noticed the colors are different than the wiring diagrams I see online. I need help which wire goes to which. I also need help as can I use my original door handles or just the lock tumbler?

Driver door wire colors
White/yellow , blue/black, white/green, blue/yellow, green/red, blue/green,
Green/white, black, grey/black, blue/green, yellow/red, white/red, blue/white
Blue/black, yellow/white

Passenger door wire colors
Blue/black, yellow/red, blue/yellow, yellow/red, yellow/white, red/green, white/red, yellow/black, brown/black, blue/green

Power mirror:
Ld-switch: blue/green, blue/black
Rd-switch: yellow/black, yellow/red

Power window:

Those two wires go to the power locks to allow for a connection within the cabin, such as for an alarm.

Can I leave those cables disconnected and expect everything to function properly?

Yes, you can leave those wires alone. The Grn/Wht and Grn/Red wires are for the security system door lock/unlock input, if the car doesn't have a security system, the connector for those wires is left unplugged.
