91' Honda Hatchback (Project) READ
What's up fellas, name's Lucas. I'm 18 and new to Hondas and just cars in general. However, I'm super interested in learning everything I can about them in the process of building my project car.
Anyways, about a month ago I purchased a 1991 Honda Civic Hatchback DX (ED6). It has had a D15B7 motor swap from a 1992 Honda Civic DX. It's been changed from automatic to 5-Speed and also from dual-point to multi-point. It runs like a top, other than a few small issues. A previous owner had done all the work to it prior to me purchasing the car. I'm thinking about doing a B16A swap very soon.
The only way to describe the car is that the previous owner was ignorant. He put a body kit on it and primed the entire car grey. Therefore, I'm currently in the process of converting the entire body back to stock (which you know is nearly impossible considering everything seems to be discontinued). I like the JDM/Stock look, not the riced out "race me ***" look if that makes any sense.
It's Performance > Cosmetics in my book.
Anyways, thanks for reading guys and feel free to comment with any tips, info, help or opinions below.
