Default 5 lug conversion 2005 Civic

What's up everybody. So my wifey got me an 05 civic and its sexyyyyyyy. Of course being a honda/car enthusiast, I need to mod asap haha. So, first mod is 5 lug conversion. The rims I want will be disclosed once it's done So I know this topic has been covered many many many times, but the information is very conflicting. I'm having a serious issue trying to understand exactly what I need to make this work. I have done tons of research and it just doesn't add up. So I'm asking you guys out there, can you please help me with a parts list?? PLEASE. I have been doing tons of research and I can't figure it out! I want 15 inch rims so I know I can't use the type s stuff, but I need to know exactly what I need. I'm confused with which parts to swap and not sure what to do with the abs sensors and master cylinder and pretty much everything haha. So please can somebody help me. I really want to get this done asap. Thanks for the help!

Why would you bother going 5 lug to put 15" wheels on your car? You have the parts list to do 5-lug sitting right in front of you. You can run 16" wheels without issue.

Problem solved -

Amazon.com: Wheel Adapter 4 Lug 100mm to 5 Lug 114.3mm - Pair: Automotive Amazon.com: Wheel Adapter 4 Lug 100mm to 5 Lug 114.3mm - Pair: Automotive

You can thank me later.

*edit* Given your icon, it's probably safe to say you're wanting to run ITR wheels - why not just run the JDM 16" ones?

Sure did... however, base model RSX brakes clear 15" wheels. So, therefore, did you read my post on how to swap in RSX base brakes?

It's a mod I am very interested in for 2 main reasons: 1. It's a cool mod. 2. I have rear drums and my brakes need to be done, and I hate drums and I I want all disc. I could just get ep3 rear discs and keep it 5 lug, but thats just not as cool and being 5 lug. And yes, I love the US type R wheels. I dont like the JDM style ones. The US ones look way better to me. And I used to have an R so I fell in love with those wheels a long time ago.

I want base for the USDM ITR wheels. I did not read your post, unless you mean the link. I just need to be sure that is everything I need in that link.
