I wouldn't call it complete. You didn't include the passenger side airbag.

 

yes to make a long story short, there is NO passenger airbag because my dumbass friend decided to see what it would be like to set it off; he also had to make a trip to the hospital

But it is very complete, usually people only sell the bag and computer.. I have all the harnesses AND the reel assembly.
