Rear ITR Seats in Civic coupe ?

Rear ITR Seats in Civic coupe ?
What modifications would i need to make to put JDM DC ITR Rear Seats (Coupe) into my 95 Civic coupe. I know it wont work just by bolting on, or would they even fit, i was looking into buying them and i have searched but found very little information on it..
