hey guys, i'm justin... i'm kind of new to the civic group. i rock a 2000 civic ex sedan, manual, 160k. all stock, i'm her third owner, and she has clean carfax. just replaced the timing belt and water pump and she is running like new!



in fact, she just made a 2,200 mile (one way) trip across the country from atlanta to los angeles and back without any problems. the trip back i was in a hurry so i didn't stop to sleep at all, made the journey back in 28 hours, only stopping to pee and for gas. i know it's a big no no, but the car performed flawlessly running at 80mph for 28 hours straight. no problems at all. just reinforced my confidence in honda!



i guess i have an ek9? i dunno, the newer civics have so many different model codes i get confused. someone correct me if i'm wrong.

i used to have an 88 prelude si 4ws, that thing was fun as hell. i sold it a few years back, but i'm not new to honda at all. my parents have a 2014 civic 5spd coupe, and they've had new hondas every 4 years since 1999. this civic makes my fifth honda.
