Default D16y8 block with d16z6 crank. Possible issues???

I'm purchasing a d16z6 crank for my y8 block. This will be put back into my 97 ex that was D16y8 obd2. Now, I know my y8 has a knock sensor for the crank but using g the z6 crank, doesn't it use a different crank sensor? Also, should I use the y8 crank pulley for the y8 on the z6 crank?

Lastly, since I'll be installing a turbo in the next 3-4 months, and running the obd2 to obd1 rywire harness with ecu, it shouldn't make a difference should it? I've bookmarked dozens of pages and found out what to modify on the block to suit the turbo install. I don't want to blindly throw this engine together, so all help is definitely appreciated! Thank you everyone....
