Aero dynamics wise. Lowering your civic will give you any gains in speed? Hope this aint no noob questions. Please dont flame.

To the best of my knowledge, lowering your car will not give a speed increase. Yes it might have a lower center of gravity, but you don't see people running around buying coil-overs and lowering springs to make their car go faster. So, to answer your question, no not really.
