How do you know if the balance belt is timed properly?

Default How do you know if the balance belt is timed properly?

This is for a 95 Accord EX.

Is it as obvious as a timing belt?

Lower timing belt cover will have to come off, rotate the crank to the notch verify the other alignment marks are lined up.

If its not timed correctly you will have bad vibrations reverberating in the cabin.
