Cruise control /horn not working

Default Cruise control /horn not working

I have a 94 accord 5speed the switch for the cruise control does not light up nor does the horn work I have checked all the fuses they are all good and all the brake and dash lights work needing some guidance

There may be an issue with the steering wheel cable reel or wiring coming from the cable reel.

There is a horn relay located behind the front console. You can do a test by unplugging the electrical connector to the horn relay and insert a spare piece of wire into the cavity terminal with the Lt Grn/Blu wire, then plug back in the connector. Touch the other end of the spare wire to body ground (such as a bracket or metal bolt on the body), the horns should sound. If they do, then the issue is either the cable reel or wiring from the cable reel.
