Icon2 2010 civic abs always engages

2010 civic lx
Just changed the driver front wheel bearing. I removed the knuckle and took it to a shop to have the bearing pressed out and new one in. I also put on new pads and rotors and i am 100% sure i put the wheel sensor back on. I bled the brakes. The abs is engaging always. No matter how slow or fast i go ..how hard or soft i brake.it engages and it feels like the front driver side brakes are pumping and there's a shudder in the pedal. The abs light is not on. I cant figure out the problem. The brown side of the bearing i was told by the autoparts store needed to face the sensor. I saw it is facing the sensor.
Help please.

Is the sensor clear of debris? is the sensor damaged in any way? Is the gap approx 1mm? Is the system fully bled?

Sounds more like an issue with the magnetic encoder incorporated into the wheel bearing. The ABS system uses sensors to pick up a signal from the magnetic encoder on the wheel bearing. The wheel sensors are the magnetic contactless type. The wheel sensors detect changing of magnetic polarity on the magnetic encoder contained inside the front wheel bearings. The ABS modulator-control unit calculates the wheel speed based on signals sent from the wheel sensor.

I just checked the sensor ..it was pretty dirty. Had grease all over it. I cleaned the grease off with a paper towel and put it back in. I also had the battery disconnected the whole time. drove the car and I'm still experiencing abs engagement.

i noticed the ratchet i used to do the work was magnetic. Not much but still. Could that have anything to do wit it. Is it possible i ruined the sensor by bolting it with a magnetic tool?

Took it to a mechanic today he said that one of the rotors was warped. I had just put them on yesterday though. He showed me the rotor it was definitely warped. A dark burnt color from 12 oclock to about 9 oclock. Waiting to pick up the car now to see if its all good. Must have just been a defective part
