The ECU amoung other computer controls are located under the glove box (more specifically directly under wear a passanger would put his feet.), just pull back the carpet and you also need to remove some panels. To reset the ECU just unplug the negative cable from the battery.

Disconnecting the battery is a lot of work, just pull the clock fuse under the hood for a little while and put it back in....the ECU power comes off that fuse.....along with the clock and radio...
