Default Mini-Me Swap from S to VTEC

Hey guys, I am driving a 1994 del Sol D15b7 with Automatic Transmission. I am wondering if it is possible to convert the engine with professional help to the standards of the VTEC. How much would this cost if I found parts cheap from somebody parting out the car? I would love the extra power.

If you don't think a mini-me swap is efficient (cost or power wise) give me suggestions! I like a stock car (or close to it) and most of my changes I would like to easily return to stock if needed. That being said, I am unsure if I would be open to a supercharger or turbo, but I would like that engine power

Thanks for your advice!
