Hey Guys! I'm semi new to the honda-tech forums. It's great to have a group of like minded honda lovers. Yes I do realize that it isn't the fastest possible car, but hell I love this clean sunnova. How do you guys feel about lowering it about 1.5 in? Would I have to get it re-aligned at that point?


Also wanted to plasti-dip my rims. I was thinking either: Bronze, matte white, or gunmetal grey. What do you guys think would look best?



Does the grille look good or should I swap that for say a mesh grille.

Any time you change the suspension configuration, you'll have to get an alignment to ensure proper suspension functionality. That goes with even replacing the equipment on the car with OEM replacement items.

As for your overall aesthetical choices, make them for yourself. No one should tell you what you should be doing with your car, as it is not their own and not their money.

But, in light of your request, here's my 2 cents: I would ditch the wheels for something smaller and lighter, run some stickier rubber on them, and get some decent coilovers to make the car more agile in corners. But, that's how I prefer my Honda.
