Power steering sometimes hard when turning
I started having this issue where when I turn the steering wheel it becomes difficult to turn. Not whenI first start turning the wheel, only towards the end of the turning.
What is odd is that it only happens every once in a while. 2 times a week maybe. It happens more with time.
Anyone have this issue?
I was thinking of doing the following:
1) Power steering fluid flush
2) Replace o-rings on pressure lines.
3) Taking out the reservoir to clean it with degreaser.

It makes noise when turning.
It's not hard to turn when parked, at least not more than normal. When this happens the car is moving on level ground and I'm turning the steering wheel.
As far as level of power steering fluid, it is within fill limits on the reservoir. What do you think of filling it over the max?

I got the parts in today so what I did is replace the inlet and outlet o-rings, cleaned the reservoir with degreaser, and flushed the power steering fluid.
Seems like so far the whining noise when away and I get a good response from the power steering when turning. I also noticed the fluid is not full of bubbles anymore.
Not bad for $30 worth of parts and an hours worth of wrenching. One thing I would recommend is having someone help you with the power steering flush. I did it myself and managed to spray power steering fluid all inside my garage!
One of the o-ring part numbers I could only find in this TSB 07-086
