Default If you have a squeaky rear suspension - check these!

I have a video i'll post later - but - every Honda i've owned has been squeaky in the back, and I bet this is a common issue.

The rear sway bar bushings (not the end links, the bar-to-frame bushings) were producing a horrible squeal when the bar moves. Spraying the bushings with lubricant while installed didn't help. I took them off and added some grease, all is quiet now. It's easy, a single bolt holds each one on.

Item 15 in this image is the culprit (this is for a 93 Accord), list price is $4.83 each.

Usually when the stock rubber bushings start getting loud its because they are worn.

Makes sense. It remains to be seen if the grease keeps them quiet for long.
