I WanT A MotorCYCLE!!!!!
I have been wanting a bike forever but have never had enough money to buy one. Im only 16 right now, and I just got my drivers lisence in May. If I get a bike when I get enough money what kind should I get and what cc's? Whats a good price for a used bike?
buy a very old kawasaki ex250, honda rebel 250/nighthawk 250 type bike. Shouldn't run you over $1000. Don't forget gear.
Btw, your car gets 83.24 mpg while running a 16.85 sec 1/4 mile? Pretty sure 83.24 is your trap speed... thats in miles per hour mph

learn how to drive on the road with other people before you buy a street bike.
You are bound to crash, better to be in a car!Call up an insurance company and find out how much you rinsurance will be. That may make your mind up right there.

My best bet would be take a Motorcycle Safety Foundation Course. http://www.msf-usa.org/pages/MAIN1.html
They're cheap, and they teach you everything you have to learn.
It's also easier than taking the DMV test!
I've been riding since I was six, but they taught me stuff that I didn't know by the time I was LEGAL to get a licesne.
A good starter Honda Bike would be an old CBR600 F1 or F2. They might be a little bit heavy, but you get a REAL bike!
A small displacement DIRT bike would be a great place to start too!
And remember, take you time to refine your skills before you speed up.
You won't believe how many time I crashed between six and sixteen.
cheers!
have fun!

even if you're 25 or 35, but haven't ridden a bike before, you're still too young (riding exp) for a CBR954RR
Nicky Hayden was winning races on big bikes when he was 16.
BTW, my quote from Progressive is $200 for a year (I'm 22 male, 16 yr exp, no acc), liability only though - who is going to steal my beaten up CBRF3 anyway.
And Progressive.com finally have online quote for motorcycle, check it out!
