Icon2 Good Lowering springs for 02 2dr civic?

Iv'e got a 2002 civic 2dr I want to lower, but not slam. I was looking at these because of the price and also the drop is about as much as I want - I don't want any more than an inch drop. Tell me what you guys think. Is this a good brand/good quality? Can I use stock shocks with a .7" drop?

They'll be okay at first, then the rear will start to sag over time. If you're not willing to change the shocks, they'll prematurely wear out as well.
