Icon6 what could be wrong with the set up ?

Hello honda-tech
i really think something is wrong with my set up can someone help, i need help from the experts ( you guys )
My setup
97 jdm type r
81.5mm ctr pistons
arp rod bolts
acl race bearings
rmf header
skunk2 intake mani
blox 70mm throttle body
supertech dual valve springs
supertech retainers
supertech flat valves
blox cam gears
blox type c cams
550cc injectors
e85 fuel ( walbro 255lph FP )
And it only made 188hp and 128tq ( tune open header )
when i drive over 65 and let go of the gas it kinda sputters
before i had everything except the injectors, e85, and supertech flat valves and made 196hp i believe with everything i have i should be making more then 188hp

How comfortable is your tuner with E85? Fueling requirements are much greater on E85 but it can also, in general, accommodate much greater timing advance without detonation than pump gasoline. As long as everything mechanical is in sound working order, I would suspect a problem in the tune.

Did the same person tune it each time? Sounds like the new map setup for E85. Why run E85 though? That setup should be fine on pump. And from what I've been told (could be wrong, haven't looked into it) E85 will gum up the fuel lines if you let it sit for too long. But considering you changed the injectors and got a retune, and now it seems like your car is getting fuel cut on decel, I would think your issue is with your tune.

Same dyno each time. If not this could easily be the issue.

Another vote for Lawrence if you're in the South Bay.
